Hamilton Gardens wanted to better understand how visitors were navigating key areas of its website, particularly guided tours and audio guides. The review focused on identifying friction, improving customer journeys and finding opportunities to strengthen conversion.
Strategy & Insight
The review combined GA4, Google Search Console and Microsoft Clarity with specialist UX analysis to understand real user behaviour. Findings highlighted opportunities around CTA visibility, mobile interactions, content hierarchy and how conversion activity was being captured.
AI & Analysis
Claude Pro was used to interrogate the UX report and analytics findings, challenge assumptions and identify gaps or areas requiring further investigation. Findings were then cross-referenced using Juma and validated with UX and development specialists before being translated into clear, actionable recommendations for the client.
Results
The analysis turned thousands of user interactions into a prioritised set of evidence-based quick wins and longer-term UX recommendations, covering navigation, content hierarchy, mobile checkout, ticketing and conversion pathways. It gave Hamilton Gardens a clearer picture of what users were actually doing, not simply what the website was designed for them to do.
